On May 23-27, 2022 within the framework of the program OR11465470 "Mass political repressions in Kazakhstan in the 20th 50s of XX century and the processes of rehabilitation: creating a unified database" (Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch. In the archive of the Central State Archive of the Kyrgyz Republic, the work was carried out on acquaintance with the materials of the funds "The Kyrgyz Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan" and "The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan", authorized by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan.

At the same time, historians faced the task to identify the process of formation of party organizations of the republics, common and specific in their activities in the period we study through the study of materials of the above funds.

Of particular interest during the work were the materials of the party conferences of the Kyrgyz Autonomous Region, minutes of the meetings of the executive committee of Sredazburo No. 22 for parsing statements and compromising materials on the leaders of Kyrgyzstan, materials of hostile groups (Hudaykulovschina, et al.).

We made copies of correspondence with GPU, district committees, and district control commissions on conflict issues, protocols and materials of party troika on liquidation of a kulak, bai-manap farms in Jety-Oguz district, letters and correspondence of Abdrakhmanov, information about counter-nationalist movements in Kyrgyzstan. Apart from these materials, the fragments of the handwritten book "Party and state figures of Kyrgyzstan. (1924-1991) (Bishkek, 1995).
