On September 23 of this year, within the framework of program-targeted funding (hereinafter – PTF) for the project «Fundamental Research on the Main Basic Categories and Subcategories of Victims of Political Repressions in Kazakhstan and the Processes of Their Complete Rehabilitation», a scientific seminar-round table was held on the topic «Fundamental Research on the Categories of Victims of Repressions during the Implementation of the ‘Small October in Kazakhstan’ Program». The round table was attended by prominent scholars, historians, lawyers, and members of parliament. During the seminar, pressing issues of research and directions of further work were discussed. In conclusion, the participants addressed various problems within the framework of this research topic and put forward proposals on matters of fundamental research.
