On April 5 of the current year, the Project Office for Supporting the Activities of the State Commission for the Full Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repressions held a scientific seminar within the framework of the project titled "A Fundamental Study of the Main Basic Categories and Subcategories of Victims of Political Repressions in Kazakhstan and the Processes of Their Full Rehabilitation."

The head of the Project Office, Sabyr Akhmetzhanovich Kasymov, delivered a presentation outlining the key areas of work for the upcoming two years. Renowned scholars also took part in the seminar, including E. Äbil, Q. Baltabayev, I. Borchashvili, E. Abaideldinov, Q. Särsembina, G. Mukanova, A. Suleimenova, and Sh. Nagymov, who shared their opinions and suggestions. In conclusion, Sabyr Akhmetzhanovich emphasized that the main strategic goal is to conduct interdisciplinary research based on new methodologies, which will make it possible to establish a solid scientific foundation for the political and legal rehabilitation of the victims.
