On November 5, 2025, Head of State K. Tokayev signed a Decree "On the approval of the basic principles, values and directions of the internal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. One of the important priorities of the state's domestic policy, among others, is named in the Decree "the preservation of the historical, cultural and documentary heritage of the country".
As part of the implementation of the project by the Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "BR24993057 "Fundamental research of the main basic categories and subcategories of victims of political repression in Kazakhstan and the processes of their full rehabilitation", in 2025, a number of events were held in the context of the state memorial policy.
The purpose of public events is the patriotic education of the younger generation, based on the example of outstanding historical figures who honestly served the people and defended the interests of the state.
One of the patriots, civil service professionals, and competent specialists who possessed the gift of a publicist and editor was SADVOKASOV Smagul (1900-1933).
The head of the Project Office, Sabyr Kasimov, and the project executors, scientists Dikhan Kamzabekuly and Gulnar Mukanova, took part in events dedicated to Sadvokasov's 125th anniversary.: On 11/10/2025 in Akzhar district of North Kazakhstan region, in the "small" Homeland of Smagul Sadvokasovich and on 11/11/2025 in Kokshetau, Akmola region.
The events included the laying of flowers at the monument to S.Sadvokasov in Talshyk village, the administrative center of Akzhar district; the transfer of published volumes of documents and materials and thematic books to the libraries of the district and university libraries; a scientific and practical conference at Talshyk and Kokshetau University named after Shokan Ualikhanov; the presentation of jubilee medals to veterans, local historians, scientists, young teachers and the best university students.
Invited representatives of the veteran and pedagogical community, non-governmental organizations and the media expressed support for the policy of President K.K. Tokayev and called for respect for the memory of the repressed citizens of the republic during the "Little October" years.
